Talking of AirPod2 not much has changed in their physical appearances. Most of the changes which have done are under the hood. There were rumours that AirPods2 will be coming in the black color but sadly they are still available in white color only.

What are the new features of AirPods2?

Firstly, they come with the all new Apple’s H1 headphone chip. This enables users to connect these buds simultaneously between the active Apple devices. According to the Apple the pairing speed is 2 times faster.

Now AirPods2 also supports the “Hey Siri” voice command. Commands like calling, playing music, controlling volume and navigation are now enabled on these earbuds.

Apart from the improved sound quality, AirPods2 comes up with case which can provide battery backup of 24 hours. With the single full charge, they can provide up to 5 hrs. of playback music and 3 hrs. of talk time

AirPods2 comes with the wireless case just like the Samsung’s Galaxy wireless buds. This wireless case also works with the previous generation AirPods. But the problem is you need to buy this case separately for $79. If you buy AirPods2 with wireless case it will cost $199 and without $159. They are currently available for sale.

In conclusion, people who already have previous generation AirPods don’t need to upgrade it. $199 is huge money to invest in the wireless headphones.
